Last updated: March 29, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mesh platform ("Service"), operated by Mesh ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
2. Description of Service

3. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Not share your account credentials with third parties
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
- Record meetings without the knowledge and consent of all participants, as required by applicable law
- Upload, transmit, or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to compete directly with Mesh or to build a competing product
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create through the Service, including meeting recordings, transcripts, and documents ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We will not sell Your Data to third parties. For details on how we handle your information, please see our Privacy Policy.
6. AI-Generated Content & Financial Advisory Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate meeting summaries, action items, compliance findings, and other outputs ("AI Outputs"). AI Outputs are provided as assistive tools and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, investment, tax, or compliance advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all AI Outputs before acting on them or sharing them with clients or third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI Output.
Financial Advisory Responsibility: The Service does not provide investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. If you are a financial advisor, you retain full fiduciary responsibility and all regulatory compliance obligations (including under SEC, FINRA, and applicable state regulations). AI-generated compliance findings are assistive only and do not substitute for your independent compliance review. You must independently verify all outputs before relying on them for regulatory filings, client communications, or suitability determinations.
7. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., CRM platforms, calendar providers, meeting recording services). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
8. Payment & Billing
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mesh and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mesh and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Termination & Data Deletion
Either party may terminate your access to the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make Your Data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.
You may delete all operational data (meetings, transcripts, clients, contacts, and connections) while retaining your account, or permanently delete your entire account and all associated data. In both cases, anonymized audit logs (stripped of all personal identifiers) are retained indefinitely for financial services regulatory compliance, including SEC Rule 17a-4. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mesh is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
